BEFORE

The homeowners wanted to maximize the potential of their property by converting an unfinished basement into a fully legal secondary suite. The project required careful planning to meet Ontario Building Code requirements, improve natural light, manage moisture, and create a functional, self-contained living space that would be safe, comfortable, and built to code.
