Vehel has been doing renovation work since 2010. Optimal Renovations came later, in 2021, with a straightforward goal: make the renovation experience match the quality of the finished work.

Those eleven years in the trade before starting the company are the reason it exists. Long enough to see the same problems on site over and over — trades that disappear for a week, timelines that slip without explanation, budgets that grow the moment the walls open — and to know none of it is inevitable. Optimal was built around the opposite: reliability, organization and accountability.

Vehel now works with a small team he trusts on the tools, but the model has not changed — one crew accountable for your project from first consult to final walkthrough, not a rotating cast of subcontractors nobody can reach. It is why the work stays consistent and why we can stand behind all of it.
