2. Design & itemized quote
You receive a written, itemized proposal — fixtures, finishes, scope and a realistic schedule. Allowances are stated clearly so nothing quietly inflates later.
3. Build & regular updates
One accountable team runs the site. Trades are sequenced properly, the site is kept clean, and you get regular progress updates rather than silence.
4. Final walkthrough
We walk the finished space together and build a deficiency list if there is one. The job is not done until you are genuinely happy with it.
